THT Harmony End-of-Life Planning
Healthcare, caregiving, legal matters, finances, and emotional well-being — in the United States, these areas are intricately connected. We help you sort through the uncertainty of "Where do I even begin?" Using THT Harmony's original end-of-life planning notebook, "Harmony Journal™," we gently work through your concerns together and help you create a foundation of peace of mind for the life ahead.
Our Plans
Choose from two plans to fit your needs.
🌿 Basic Plan
A simple, one-session introduction—ideal for first-time clients (Single session)
Using the "Harmony Journal™ Simplified Edition," we'll organize key topics including healthcare, caregiving, finances, and your wishes for your family. This session helps you understand the overall picture of end-of-life planning and identify where to begin.
💫 After the session, you will:
- Organize current concerns (health, finances, housing, etc.)
- Understand the fundamental elements of end-of-life planning
- See a clear next step forward
🌸 Premium Plan
A comprehensive approach to creating your personalized end-of-life plan (3–5 sessions)
Using the "Harmony Journal™ Complete Edition," we carefully organize your thoughts on healthcare, caregiving, finances, insurance, and messages for your family. Throughout this plan, we'll explore various options including senior support services available in the U.S., support services utilized by affluent individuals, financial considerations for those considering returning to Japan, and cost estimates—helping you envision your future with clarity. Over 3–5 sessions, we work at your own pace, and we can connect you with trusted professionals (attorneys, tax advisors specializing in estate planning, international procedures, etc.) as needed.
This is a time to consider what kind of environment you want to live in, while organizing your future outlook and preparing yourself emotionally.
💫 After the session, you will:
- Organize current concerns (health, finances, housing, inheritance, etc.)
- Articulate your thoughts and wishes in concrete terms and create them as a written journal
- Organize information related to healthcare, caregiving, finances, insurance, and housing for your future
- Learn about U.S. senior support services and facility systems, and consider the direction of your ideal lifestyle
- Understand the estimated costs needed for your future life and establish a realistic outlook
- View end-of-life planning as "a positive opportunity to live your future with peace of mind and authenticity"
